Mrs. Frieda May Yoho McKee is Stricken While Visiting Sister
Mrs. Frieda May Yoho McKee, in her 52nd year, was stricken suddenly Wednesday afternoon at 2:50 o'clock at the home of her sister, Mrs. Luella Fordyce of 2322 Market st. While ailing several years, Mrs. McKee had not been seriously ill. She came here last Saturday from Lawrence, Pa to visit her sister. Yesterday afternoon she suffered a heart attack and expired in a few minutes.
Mrs. McKee was born on Middle Wheeling Creek, May 15, 1891, a daughter of William E. and Sara Smith Yoho. She was educated in the public schools of Triadelphia and attended the Methodist church.
Surviving is her husband, George B. McKee, the latter a brother of Attorney Dave McKee of this city; a son Clarence W. Fordyce, at home; three brothers, George Yoho of Middle Wheeling Creek; Frank Yoho of Wheeling, and William Yoho of West Liberty; three sisters; Mrs. Stella Hess of Elm Grove, and Mrs. Catherine Johnston and Mrs. Luella Fordyce of this city; also one grandson, Don Fordyce.
The remains are at the Bertschy Memorial mortuary where services will be held in the chapel on Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock. Burial will be in Stone Church cemetery.
