OBITUARY:
W. D. Bracy, aged 28 years [8 Jun 1889] , died at Zanesville [OH] April 25, 1918, from pneumonia.

Deceased had been a conductor on the O. R. & W. R. R. for several years and was well known by many along the line of the road as well as at Zanesville and at Woodsfield.

He was a member of the Church of Christ and also a member of the Masonic lodge and Brotherhood of Railway Conductors.

A special train from Zanesville brought a number of persons from that place who attended the funeral which was held at the home of his wife's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Burkhart, at one o'clock Sunday afternoon. The services were conducted by Rev. D. W. Harkins, and the Order of Brotherhood; interment in Oaklawn cemetery.

A widow [Freda Marie Burkhart] and many relatives are left.
