MARRIAGE: Albert Yoho and Allena L. Gatts were married on 24 Dec 1898 at the home of her parents, Samuel and Phoebe Gatts in Marshall Co., WV.  Officiating was David Burton. (G/207)

RESIDENCES: Brushey Ridge, Marshall Co., WV until 1907 when he moved to Proctor, WV.  He purchased a home from Leonard Moore.  It was located between two general stores, Herrick Bros. and Proctor Merchandise Company.  There was a drilled well on the property and it was more or less a community well. Neighbors came to get their drinking water from it everyday.

OCCUPATION: After 1907 Albert and Christopher Yoho owned and operated the Proctor Milling Company a feed mill at Proctor, WV.  At that time Proctor was a thriving little town and the mill was a prosperous business until the Depression.

OBITUARY:
Albert Yoho, 64, operator of the Proctor Milling company at Proctor [,WV] succumbed to a heart attack at noon Tuesday [April 1941] while enroute along the street near his home.  He had been active for 35 years or more at Proctor and was a member of the Christian church at that place.

Surviving are: his wife, Mrs. Lena Gatts Yoho and the following children: Mrs. Nora Rithner of Wellsburg; Lester Yoho of Hanlins Station, PA; Mrs. Audrey Farson of Canonsburg, PA; Miss Faye Yoho and Carl Yoho of Hollidays Cove; and Mrs. Wanda Bucy at home, also 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in the Proctor Christian church Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock and burial was in Northview cemetery.
